Lo consiglio! La bottega offre sempre prodotti squisiti rispettando i ritmi della natura, formaggi di capra superlativi! in estate e in inverno non manca mai una merenda speciale con biscotti fatti a mano, succo di mela. Per pranzo splendidi i taglieri preparati da ragazzi unici che lavorano con impegno e passione! Il tempo si ferma quando si è in Bagaggera, e i bimbi felici si sentono sempre a casa in questo posto unico... Personale disponibilissimo, se non c'è troppa gente si può accedere alle stalle con le caprette! Bagaggera è un tappa fissa, ci si sente a casa pur essendo in un piccolo angolino di paradiso ? Polenta semi-liquida con formaggio non pervenuto, 8€ a piatto. Tagliere scarno, pane a lievito madre con fettine sottili come sottilette e secco. Mi dispiace perché le aspettative erano alte, ma il servizio ristorazione lascia veramente a desiderare (dare la colpa al Covid e allo scarso personale è ormai una scusa troppo sfruttata). Con una piccola bottega di legno con prodotti freschi da forno, pani con grani antichi coltivati nei boschi del Parco o provenienti da fonti altrettanto ricercate, nei dintorni. Con formaggi e yogurt di capre che brucano l’erba dei prati (non è scontato) e tante sorprese dolci e salate che variano da giorno a giorno. Una tappa deliziosa in una giornata di escursione. Abbiamo fatto aperitivo con formaggio e salumi (tutti prodotti loro, come ad esempio taleggio, primosale e formaggio di capra), devo dire che erano a due poco buoni. Da bere abbiamo preso del succo di mela e anche quello era buonissimo. Si può accedere anche con i cani al guinzaglio, è un ottimo posto in cui andare a fare una passeggiata con i bambini e in famiglia. There are many animals and they are treated very well.
