Do 5 stelle soprattutto per la prima volta che ci sono stata, ma mi permetto un'osservazione riguardo al menu degustazione che era presente lo scorso giugno: troppo monotono, probabilmente perché avevano il tonno da far fuori! Il primo era un po' poco ricercato per i miei gusti e non avevo apprezzato per nulla il dolce. La volta precedente invece era stato eccezionale, con una nota particolare sul pre dessert con gelato all'ananas e infuso di anice stellato, e sull'antipasto (che ora non trovo più nel menù alla carta, ma che era una stratificazione di pomodoro e basilico, dove il pomodoro è cotto a meraviglia e che davvero mi piacerebbe mangiare nuovamente). Inoltre sempre la prima volta nel menù degustazione erano presenti dei buoni ravioli come primo e un dolce eccezionale, del quale riporto due foto. Davvero spero ripropongano un menù degustazione simile a quello della prima volta in cui sono andata!! Excellent quality restaurant, with a really beautiful location, surrounded by greenery and impeccable service. I give 5 stars especially for the first time I've been there, but I allow myself an observation regarding the tasting menu that was present last June: too monotonous, probably because they had the tuna to kill! The first was a bit 'undiscovered for my taste and I did not appreciate the dessert at all. The previous time, however, had been exceptional, with a particular note on the pre dessert with pineapple ice cream and star anise infusion, and on the appetizer (which I no longer find in the à la carte menu, but which was a layering of tomato and basil , where the tomato is beautifully cooked and that I would really like to eat again). Furthermore, always the first time in the tasting menu there were good ravioli as a first course and an exceptional dessert, of which I report two photos. I really hope they propose a tasting menu similar to that of the first time I went !!

We had lunch there on a beautiful day under the branches of a plane tree and were treated to an excellent four course set menu with an accompanying wine for some of the best value for money to be had at this level of cuisine. Friendly attentive service complimented the ambience of quiet outdoor dining. Superb.

Slightly cheaper than other restaurants in the category - tasting 5 courses 90 euros plus wine. Portions a la cart are generous
