Ceni come lo faresti nella tua abitazione dove si respira un'atmosfera di cordialità. Da consigliare a chi vuole fare una visita nella Tuscia. A mezz'ora sia da Roma che da Viterbo, e vicinissimo a borghi che meritano di essere visitati, come sutri, civita castellana, Nepi e Corchiano. Cucina molto casalinga, porzioni abbondanti e camere pulitissime e confortevoli. Per chi desidera la domenica c'è anche la funzione nella piccola e deliziosa chiesetta sul posto. Per il resto non può essere un voto positivo..... La Madre Superiora molto "spigolosa", letti duri, ambiente angusto, pulitissimo ma angusto... Mi ha ricordato il mio asilo.... Piuttosto sto a casa. Poco lontano dal centro di Sutri, (alcuni minuti d'auto) immerso nel verde e nella semplicità degli spazi e dei gesti di accoglienza delle suore Francescane: gentili, discrete, affabili. La Direttrice sr Renata merita una menzione in simpatia! Il cibo è casalingo, quindi ottimo per chi sa apprezzarne il valore: a colazione non mancano torte e marmellate fatte in casa. Le stanze ordinate, funzionali e pulitissime. I prezzi veramente concorrenziali. Parcheggio in loco. Per chi è credente non mancherà di sentire che è in un posto "giusto" per ricaricare le pile dell'Anima. Per chi non lo è, potrà apprezzarne la tranquillità e lo stile semplice e schietto. Consigliato come tappa a chi intraprende la via Francigena. Peace is the right word to describe this place. The food is homemade, therefore excellent for those who know how to appreciate its value: at breakfast there is no shortage of homemade cakes and jams. The rooms are tidy, functional and spotless. Really competitive prices. Parking on site. For those who are believers, they will not fail to feel that they are in a "right" place to recharge the batteries of the Soul. For those who are not, they will appreciate the tranquility and the simple and straightforward style. Recommended as a stop for those who undertake the Via Francigena.

Una volta arrivata a Sutri, la suora è venuta a prendermi e la mattina seguente mi ha riportata al medesimo punto lungo il cammino in quanto la struttura dista qualche minuto in auto dalla via. Buona qualità prezzo. Ho potuto far riposare corpo e mente in questo posto in quanto vi era un silenzio assoluto. Letto comodo e stanza pulita. Dispone di lavanderia e stendibiancheria sia all'aperto che al coperto. Buona la cena ma quello che più mi ha colpito è stata la colazione con torte, biscotti, pane e marmellate fatte in casa (squisite) per partire con la giusta carica! Once I arrived in Sutri, the nun came to pick me up and the following morning she brought me back to the same point along the way as the structure is a few minutes' drive from the road. Good price quality. I was able to rest my body and mind in this place as there was absolute silence. Comfortable bed and clean room. It has a laundry and drying rack both outdoors and indoors. The dinner was good but what struck me most was the breakfast with homemade cakes, biscuits, bread and homemade jams (delicious) to start with the right energy!
