★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Santa Vittoria for one night during San Francesco walk. Sergio, the owner is a vulcanic person, always available and ready to help. He has also several vans for carrying tourists where they want (for free).The location is wanderful, with a spectacular view. The owner offers a wide range of different activities and services, for every situation (formal/informal).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The owners Sergio and Francesca were very kind and nice persons. Only an hour from Rome. Coffee for the breakfest delitious! And gelato in the Monteleone bar - amasing! On the 3rd day of stay half of citisens were saluting us as old friends :D :D. Negative: There is no wifi in the room, only in the kitchen. And the bath of the booking.com page photo is not at the B&B, it must be seperately reached and payed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I had an outstanding view from my room (see photo). The room was comfortable with a fantastic en-suite shower and bathroom. The host (Sergio) is amazing. He gave me a guided tour of the local sites at no extra cost and also arranged for Me to have a fabulous dinner at a private restaurant..
