★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agriturismo nel cuore della sabina. Ci si arriva tramite una stradina che intorno a maggio/giugno abbiamo vista piena di lucciole! Uno spettacolo!!
Cucina casereccia genuina e di qualità! Circondato da una pace surreale e ci sono diversi cani(tra cui due border collie) che ti vengono a dare il benvenuto all’entrata! Si sta veramente bene! La cucina propone piatti differenti. Oggi ci è stato proposto dei ravioli al limone e ricotta con burro e salvia, stringozzi alla gricia e fettuccine fatte in casa. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi veramente ottimi!

Genuine and quality home cooking! Surrounded by surreal peace and there are several dogs (including two border collies) who come to welcome you at the entrance! It is really good! The kitchen offers different dishes. Today we were offered lemon and ricotta ravioli with butter and sage, ragu alla gricia and homemade fettuccine. Truly excellent platter of cold cuts and cheeses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posticino immerso nel silenzio e nel verde della campagna Sabina. Cucina casereccia, di produzione propria ed a conduzione famigliare. Abbiamo gustato gli strangozzi alla gricia, le fettuccine cacio e maggiorana e le classiche al ragù. Ricco e gustoso il tagliere di antipasti a base di salumi e formaggi a km 0, accompagnati da una focaccia croccante e leggerissima. Consigliati anche i secondi che variano, come i primi, a seconda della stagione. Ampi spazi per i bambini che potranno vedere anche gli animali allevati all'aperto in agriturismo. Atmosfera da fiaba. Cortesia e semplicità.
Little place immersed in the silence and greenery of the Sabina countryside. Homemade cuisine, home-grown and family-run. We tasted the strangozzi alla gricia, the fettuccine with cheese and marjoram and the classics with meat sauce. Rich and tasty the platter of appetizers based on cured meats and cheeses at km 0, accompanied by a crunchy and very light focaccia. Second courses are also recommended, as they vary, like the first, depending on the season. Large spaces for children who can also see the animals raised outdoors on the farm. Fairytale atmosphere. Piatti tipici con poca scelta ma molto buoni. Porzioni non "consone" come agriturismo ma giuste per poter gustare il resto.
Servizio un po' lento ma personale gentile.
Nel complesso 4 stelle ben meritate, condite da un parco esterno ampio dove poter rilassarsi circondati da un paesaggio rilassante ed accogliente.

Typical dishes with little choice but very good. Portions not "appropriate" as a farm but just right to enjoy the rest.
A little slow service but nice staff.
Overall 4 stars well deserved, seasoned by a large outdoor park where you can relax surrounded by a relaxing and welcoming landscape.

Consiglio questo agriturismo immerso nel verde a tutti gli amanti della natura e degli animali, della cucina locale e del buon mangiare.
Se volete staccare dalla città e fare una gita fuori porta Il gelso nero è perfetto.
La cucina casereccia, la gentilezza e ospitalità dei proprietari, unite ai prezzi onestissimi mi hanno davvero conquistata.
Tornerò prestissimo sicuramente.
One of my favorite places in Sabina!
I recommend this farm surrounded by greenery to all lovers of nature and animals, local cuisine and good food.
If you want to get away from the city and take a trip out of town Il mulso nero is perfect.
The home cooking, the kindness and hospitality of the owners, combined with the very honest prices, really won me over.
I will definitely be back soon.
