E	Ettore Genchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo soggiorno, bagni privi di tutto anche del sapone. gli asciugamani da pagare a parte; cena molto mediocre! avevo prenotato per 7 persone solo pernotto due bungalow, ma per motivi di vaccinazione covid, 2 persone non sono più andate e la struttura si è fatta pagare ugualmente nonostante le camere non avessero niente di sistemato! bad stay, bathrooms lacking everything even soap. towels to be paid separately; very mediocre dinner! I had booked for 7 people only two bungalows, but for reasons of covid vaccination, 2 people no longer went and the structure was still charged even though the rooms had nothing fixed!

Abbiamo chiamato 4 volte per sapere se c'erano disponibilità di piazzole all'ombra e non c'è stato modo di saperlo. Addirittura ci ha detto che se vogliamo le piazzole garantite all'ombra non ci consigliava di andare da loro. Ho anche provato a dire che avrei richiamato dopo mezz'ora per dargli tempo di verificare, ma nemmeno così è stato possibile avere una risposta. Assurdità! I don't understand how it works like this! We called 4 times to find out if there were any shady pitches available and there was no way to know. He even told us that if we want the guaranteed pitches in the shade, he would not advise us to go to them. I also tried to say that I would call back after half an hour to give him time to check, but even then it was not possible to get an answer. Absurdity!
V	Valina Mortino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso il posto ha notevoli potenzialità sia per posizione (vicino alla ciclabile, al fiume) sia per spazi (molto grande, vari alberi, aree gioco), ma i servizi sono in disastro. Non solo sono insufficienti,a sono decisamente fatiscenti. Se siete in camper preparatevi a fare tutto dentro, dalle docce al lavaggio stoviglie. Nemmeno un rubinetto funzionante. La corrente un altro piccolo disastro, funziona solo a 700watt e nelle colonnine ogni tanto va fuori uso una presa. Tra i giochi per bambini ne abbiamo trovato alcuni rotti e con chiodi sporgenti e pericolosi. In sintesi una toccata e fuga si per visitare il paese, assolutamente no per passarci più di un weekend. Overall the place has considerable potential both for position (near the cycle path, the river) and for spaces (very large, various trees, play areas), but the services are in disaster. R	Raffaele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia ragazza per due notti, una in una baita da 4 ed una in una baita da 2, ed è stata un'esperienza a dir poco pessima. Nell'alloggio abbiamo trovato stoviglie sporche e le tazze per la colazione non c'erano. La porta non si chiudeva a chiave e quindi siamo stati costretti a lasciare aperto. La stufa a gas faceva un odore nauseabondo e perciò siamo stati obbligati a spegnerla durante la notte, per risvegliarci al gelo. Ciliegina sulla torta, non c'era l'acqua calda. Inoltre l'host contattato per l'acqua calda non ha risposto, ed in altre occasioni si è rivelato scortese. My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights, one in a cabin for 4 and one in a cabin for 2, and it was a bad experience to say the least. In the accommodation we found dirty dishes and there were no breakfast cups. The door didn't lock and so we were forced to leave it open. The gas stove smelled nauseating and so we were forced to turn it off during the night to wake up to the freezing cold. To top it off, there was no hot water. In addition, the host contacted for hot water did not respond, and on other occasions he was rude.

L'ultima volta però ho pagato di più per avere ancora meno servizi: lavabi per stoviglie non funzionanti, cassettine della corrente chiusi a catenaccio che se ti scatta la corrente di notte resti al buio. Abbiamo dovuto pagare in anticipo tutto il periodo di vacanza. E poi l'accoglienza è stata pessima con i gestori che addirittura hanno redarguito in modo veemente e cafone un nostro amico che inconsapevolmente si era recato alle docce con l'auto parcheggiando sul prato dove peraltro si muovono i camper. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Io non ci ritornerò mai più. I have been coming here for several years aware of the poor services but partly compensated by a rather low price. We had to pay for the entire holiday period in advance. And then the reception was very bad with the managers who even vehemently scolded a friend of ours who unknowingly went to the showers by car parking on the lawn where the campers move. I strongly advise against it. I will never go there again.
