Viene data una notevole importanza alle analisi del sangue, si cerca insieme di migliorare e risolvere i vari problemi che riguardano la salute, e quindi curando il nostro benessere in tutti i sensi, non solo dal lato estetico. Nel mio caso, stiamo lavorando sull'alleviare i sintomi della PCOS cercando di contrastare i vari fastidi che questa mi ha dato negli ultimi anni. Il mio aspetto fisico sta migliorando, guardandomi allo specchio finalmente sorrido, e la stanchezza cronica e gonfiore addominale perenne sono ormai cose dimenticate. Il fatto di non dover pesare le cose, di non avere l'ossessione della bilancia mi ha fatto vivere il tutto in maniera tranquilla e rilassata ( chi fa diete da una vita sa che di solito dieta = stress) Il fatto di avere un dieta su misura x me, con quello che piace a me mangiare è stato fondamentale.
