Ottimi i suoi consigli alimentari, sto perdendo kg velocemente senza troppi sforzi. Ti insegna a mangiar bene, ormai quando faccio la spesa alcune corsie non le percorro più.

Dr. Arrigo De Simone is a patient, discreet person, he puts you at ease and is meticulous in making you understand what happens to our body when we ingest a certain type of food. Her dietary advice is excellent, I am losing kg quickly without too much effort. It teaches you how to eat well, now when I do the shopping some aisles I don't go through anymore.
Highly recommended.
