I referti semore puntuali. Ingresso struttura non particolarmente accessibile in caso di carrozzina. Ho riscontrato gentilezza e ricevuto consigli sia in accettazione che in fase di prelievo. Sono assolutamente soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Hanno un sistema di ticket, che però ti spiegano, se non sei mai stato lì, solo una volta che hai già fatto la fila. C'è un desk per l'accoglienza ma non specificano che una fila è specifica per il tampone. Mi hanno fatto rifare la fila 4 volte per questi motivi, facendomi perdere 40 minuti per un test che ne richiede 2. Tra l'altro, mi hanno anche aggredito dicendo che l'infermiera sarebbe andata via se non mi fossi sbrigata (avevo avuto un problema col bancomat e stavo aspettando che un familiare mi portasse i soldi, perché non volevo rifare la fila per la quinta volta). Quindi ricapitolando: mi fai aspettare 40 minuti perché hai un'organizzazione pessima, e poi quando ne devi aspettare un paio perché io ti possa pagare non puoi assolutamente? Ero anche la penultima della fila. Non ci tornerò mai più. Da evitare assolutamente. Bad organization and rude and inefficient staff.
