★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una prima recensione positiva ed antecedente alla pandemia, sono tornato in Laboratorio per analisi di controllo. Devo dire che da una parte il distanziamento e dall'altra il carico di lavoro, stanno mettendo a dura prova la gestione delle prenotazioni, allungando i tempi di attesa delle persone sugli scalini della struttura. Ritengo che debbano migliorare gli aspetti legati alle prenotazioni, la riconsegna del materiale organico successiva al prelievo venoso ecc.....

I must say that on the one hand the distancing and on the other the workload are putting a strain on the management of reservations, extending the waiting times of people on the steps of the structure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terribile! c'è la coda di persone (tante) e di due casse è aperta una sola! che cxi mette 30 minuti a persona, ma che devi fare??? arriva il ragazzetto con calma! probabilmente poverino tirato giù dal letto, il laboratorio apre alle 7.30 e te arrivi alle 8? e subito gli si inceppa la stampante e niente, non può più fare nulla, sono dovuto andare via dopo più di un ora di attesa (perchè poi arrivano con calma le persone con precedenza che saltano la fila....) il livello è veramente basso non meritano i soldi che prendono
terrible! there is a queue of people (many) and only two boxes are open! that cxi puts 30 minutes per person, but what do you have to do ??? the boy arrives calmly! probably poor guy pulled out of bed, the lab opens at 7.30am and you arrive at 8am? and immediately the printer is jammed and nothing, can not do anything, I had to leave after more than an hour of waiting (because then come with calm people with precedence who skip the line ....) the level is really they don't deserve the money they take
