Per fortuna quando sono tornata per una visita, c'era una segretaria bionda davvero gentile, che ha saputo gestire il mio problema in maniera delicata e professionale. Brunette secretary, straight hair, SHOULD NOT WORK in contact with the public. Annoyed, rude and feeling left at home. Sono stupito perché non so quale visita lei abbia ricevuto, ma ha ricevuto solo il test. In pratica le ha preso il braccio e fatto il test. Ovviamente la questione è che all'appuntamento mi è stata chiesta una cifra ma al pagamento un'altra ben superiore . Senza parole. P.S. appuntamento con 30 minuti di ritardo non giustificabile; le segretarie non dovrebbero lavorare col pubblico hanno trattato mia moglie con mancanza di professionalità e sono educato.
