★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio; esami (urine) richiesti per bimbo consegnati con un ritardo imbarazzante. Ritiro dei referti "in coda" come dal salumiere, nessuna possibilità di recuperarli via email.
Bad service; (urine) tests required for baby delivered with an embarrassing delay. Withdrawal of reports "in queue" as from the delicatessen, no possibility of retrieving them via email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono incinta di 4 mesi e per delle analisi di routine dopo una settimana ancora non sono pronte. Da altre parti le ho già fatte e dopo 2 giorni erano pronte. Vi chiamo al telefono di pomeriggio e non rispondete MAI, che poi quando passo al pomeriggio è sempre vuoto e mi fa strano non riusciate mai a rispondere 30 secondi. Alle 2 commesse, perchè solo cosi le posso definire, mancano cordialità pazienza voglia professionalità e umanità. Non ci verrò mai più.
I am 4 months pregnant and for routine tests after a week they are still not ready. In other places I have already made them and after 2 days they were ready. I call you on the phone in the afternoon and you NEVER answer, which then when I pass in the afternoon it is always empty and it makes me strange you never manage to answer 30 seconds. At the 2 orders, because this is the only way I can define them, there is a lack of cordiality, patience, professionalism and humanity. I'll never go there again.
