Good place for review. No reservation is required and the work seems to be done with professionalism. A little more empathy from the staff wouldn't hurt.

E' una azienda di famiglia gestita da padre, figlio (Fabio, che ormai è anche un amico condividendo con me la passione per i motori), madre e buonissimo cane pastore tedesco. Sono molto competenti, non amano i giri di parole, e soprattutto sono molto onesti. State certi che se un qualche lavoro costoso sulla vostra auto non va fatto anche se voi glielo chiedete con insistenza vi diranno semplicemente che non va fatto. Quindi potete stare sicuri al 100% che quello che vi dicono che va fatto va effettivamente fatto. Altamente consigliati I have known this workshop for many years living in the same block. It is a family business run by a father, son (Fabio, who is now also a friend sharing my passion for motors), mother and a very good German shepherd dog. They are very competent, they do not like word turns, and above all they are very honest. Rest assured that if any expensive work on your car is not to be done even if you ask it insistently they will simply tell you that it should not be done. So you can be 100% sure that what they tell you to do must actually be done. Highly recommended
Z	Zio pè on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racconto la mia esperienza, giudicate voi: arrivo col mio scooter a traino perche la batteria mi lascia a piedi. mi accoglie un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile che perde 10 minuti con me, misura la carica della batteria e mi suggerisce di comprarne una nuova. mentre gli chiedo di farmi la cortesia di accendere la moto coi cavi gli chiedo anche se poteva informarsi sul costo della batteria. entriamo nel gabbiotto e li ci sono due signori, uno anziano e uno piu giovane. il motorino nel frattempo è acceso, chiedo cosa devo per il disturbo, il ragazzo rivolge lo sguardo al nonnetto e quest ultimo dice "sono 15 euro". Resto basito, a napoli la mia città mi avrebbero detto niente e mi avrebbero dato anche un caffè, ma il lavoro si paga sempre, per cui caccio i soldi e chiedo la fattura. il nonnetto, a questo punto dice: "eh no.. allora c'è anche l IVA" . A questo punto mi sono incazzato e a parte rivendicare il fatto che il prezzo di un semplice avviamento gia d per se era un furto, domandavo come mai mi avesse fatto un prezzo senza IVA.. vabbè il nonnetto si è ingolfato avendo capito di aver perso ogni tipo di dignità e andandonese borbottava al suo meccanico "te l ho sempre detto di non prendere i motorini.." e il ragazzo al suo fianco nel frattempo, ha preso i soldi e me li ha restituiti... qual'è la mia opinione: i ragazzi sono bravi e disponibili.. mandate in pensione il nonnetto. Eseguita revisione regolare con strumentazione computerizzata in altro centro. They are not equipped for scooter inspections. They sent me away saying that the scooter could not be overhauled. Regular review performed with computerized instrumentation in another center.
