★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivoltami a questa farmacia per un problema ai piedi, mi è stato consigliato un prodotto garantendo che poteva essere acquistato e restituito subito se non fosse stato quello giusto. Ho fatto come mi è stato detto: poche ore dopo, da parte della stessa farmacista è stato negato quanto detto e la richiesta di restituzione del prodotto perfettamente integro è stata declinata.
La ditta produttrice, da me contattata, ha confermato che avevo diritto alla restituzione del prodotto entro i primi 7 giorni dall'acquisto e ciò nonostante la farmacia ha continuato a rifiutare tale diritto.
Contact me at this pharmacy for a problem with my feet, I was advised a product guaranteeing that it could be bought and returned immediately if it wasn't the right one. I did as I was told: a few hours later, from the same pharmacist what was said was denied and the request to return the product perfectly intact was declined.
The manufacturer, which I contacted, confirmed that I had the right to return the product within the first 7 days of purchase, and yet the pharmacy continued to refuse this right.

AL di là dell'innegabile vantaggio di averla "sotto casa", posso reputarmi fortunato poiché coloro che lì lavorano hanno sempre dimostrato doti di immancabile disponibilità, simpatia, gentilezza e forte disponibilità (anche a portare i farmaci sino a casa in momenti di oggettiva impossibilità (COVID oppure causa sciatalgia bilaterale).
Persone e servizio come pochi.

I have lived 30 meters from the pharmacy for the past 7 years.
Beyond the undeniable advantage of having it "at home", I can consider myself lucky because those who work there have always shown skills of unfailing availability, sympathy, kindness and strong willingness (even to bring the drugs home in moments of objective impossibility (COVID or bilateral sciatica cause).
People and service like few others.
