Ottimo ristorante, pietanze preparate con passione dal suo titolare e il suo staff. Piatti tipici della tradizione irpina, ma non solo, il tutto incorniciato da una splendida cornice dove ammirare la storia e il parco archeologico di Aquilonia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La trattoria si trova in un bellissimo contesto appena fuori dal centro abitato di Aquilonia, nel Parco Archeologico Carbonara. Piacevolissima serata gustando la tipica cucina irpina. Un ricco antipasto con cardoncelli scottati in padella, papaccelle con ripieno di pane aromatizzato, fritattina di asparagi, soppressata locale, caciocavallo stagionato, treccina di fiordilatte è locale; salsiccia pezzente, innaffiato con ottimo Aglianico. Per secondo pollo ruspante e un assaggio di vitello. Per concludere castagne messe ad “ubriacare” nel brandy, frutta di stagione e una fetta di torta ricotta e cioccolato. Consigliatissimo!!
The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting just outside the town of Aquilonia, in the Carbonara Archaeological Park. Pleasant evening enjoying the typical cuisine of Irpinia. A rich appetizer with pan-seared cardoncelli, papaccelle stuffed with flavored bread, asparagus fritattina, local soppressata, seasoned caciocavallo, braid of fiordilatte is local; pezzente sausage, washed down with excellent Aglianico. For second, free-range chicken and a taste of veal. To conclude, chestnuts put to "drunk" in brandy, seasonal fruit and a slice of ricotta and chocolate cake. Highly recommended !!
