Birrificio Agricolo Alto Montefeltro

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Montefeltro, the BAAM brewery is, just as the onomatopoeic acronym indicates, an experience that hits you hard! The brewery, on the ground floor, is overlooked by the restaurant with a bar that also has a pleasant panoramic terrace, and is located not far from the delightful village of Monte Cerignone. Modern structure and Nordic style define the area, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley. Inside the restaurant, the first thing that strikes you is the staff, with a kindness and sympathy worthy of note (as often happens in these areas on the other hand). The quality of the products is noteworthy, above all the Focaccia Romana, that is, a fragrant long-leavening pizza that is offered with excellent fillings, some of which enclose the local flavors of the territory. The beers are well made and certainly pleasant, with diamond point Vetriola, IPA with an intense but never annoying character, a balanced and long bitterness without being monochordic. La Blanche is fresh, impressive in drinking, perfectly played on typical spicy notes, in personal opinion too pushed in carbonation. In the Dubbel perhaps the aromatic profile is a little flawed, on which I have not perceived the typical personality of the Belgian yeast, with hints of fruit usually very hinted, resulting a little less in style than expected although gaining a greater drinkability. In conclusion: never-ending courtesy, excellent quality of both food and beers, explosive prices (BAAM, but really): € 2.50 for the small one and € 4 for the average, they are not found every day! All the more reason, thinking about what you pay in some places for a beer (maybe mediocre industrial) you feel like crying for not having the brewery a stone's throw from home ... Here, don't go to drink cheap beer elsewhere, run to the BAAM !! !

Also called BAAM, it is a craft brewery but also a pizza restaurant on the hills of Monte Cerignone (castle) surrounded by greenery adjacent to the main road with a breathtaking view over the valley. Panoramic terrace to not miss the sunsets, but also a large place inside. Ideal for families in the early evening but also couples and groups of friends who want to regenerate. Classic but also elaborate dishes, pizza, Roman pizza and menus for children ... The photos speak for themselves !! Clean place, young and dynamic staff. Average prices.

It was a fantastic experience! The place is very nice and clean ... The beer ? and the pizza ? are moving !! I will definitely be back!

3 stars that for me would be maybe more than 3 and a half ... but which I hope to be able to bring to 4 (or more) with a next visit. Young and fast service, perhaps thanks to the modality of the two service shifts (19.00 and 21.00), which proves to be effective and flawless. The craft beers are excellent, the varied choice of the menu is good and the location is nice. The sore point was, alas, the dishes; maybe I had high expectations but the hamburger was nothing special, especially for the quality of the meat. Not even the cheesecake was able to raise the average, which did not convince our palate given its not very sandy / biscuit base. Don't worry though, the experience was positive in any case and we will be back to try the Roman schiacciata! Come on like this !!!
