Circa un'anno e mezzo le batterie sono da buttare tutti con l'elemento centrale non più funzionante, contattato la nba mi dicono Ke il mio carica batterie ha la levetta su carica gel e non acido, lo dicono guardando il tappo capovolto da una foto che ho inviato... Maghi!!!
Il problema e uno, il caricabatterie non ha levette, carica solo acido. Ho altri mezzi identici con le stesse batterie da circa 3 anni!!! 1300€ buttati, ora mi tocca guardare ad altre marche che riconoscono i loro errori.

About a year and a half the batteries are all to be thrown away with the central element no longer functional, they contacted the nba and they tell me my battery charger has the lever on the gel and non-acid charge, they say it by looking at the cap turned upside down that I sent ... Magicians !!!
The problem is one, the charger has no levers, it only charges acid. I have other identical vehicles with the same batteries for about 3 years !!! € 1300 thrown away, now I have to look at other brands that recognize their mistakes.

Scortesia alla massima potenza da parte di una centralinista o perlomeno mi auguro che lo fosse ...perche' per altre mansioni la vedo dura.Mai avrei pensato di non ricevere nemmeno una risposta da una azienda. Morale della favola....batteria rimandata al venditore. Grazie mille.
I called today to inquire about a newly purchased battery of theirs. Unkindness at maximum power by a switchboard operator or at least I hope it was ... because for other tasks I see it hard. I never thought I would not even receive an answer from a company. Moral of the story .... battery sent back to the seller. Thanks so much.
