★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro e poco professionale. Ho chiesto più volte un preventivo e mai ricevuto. Ho dovuto far riempimento serbatoio liquido FAP a 230 euro... Incluso un aggiornamento centralina motore non richiesto da me e del quale non ne ero al corrente (ho scoperto al ritiro...). Ho ritirato l'auto con la "palpebra"(coperchio cassettino plancia) lato passeggero scollata dalla sua sede, ho fatto notare il problema dicendo che quando ho portato auto il giorno prima non era in quelle condizioni, mi hanno risposto "credevo fosse già così, è un problema di questo modello". Non è un comportamento professionale da parte di una officina autorizzata Citroen, inoltre la casa madre ha riconosciuto il difetto di fabbricazione e propone forti sconti per la sostituzione, ma ciò non mi è stato proposto.
 Caro and unprofessional. I have requested a quote several times and never received it. I had to fill FAP liquid tank for 230 euros ... Including an update engine control unit not required by me and which I was not aware of (I discovered at the withdrawal ...). I picked up the car with the "eyelid" (dashboard cover) passenger side unglued from its seat, I pointed out the problem by saying that when I brought cars the day before it was not in those conditions, they replied "I thought it was already like this , it is a model of this problem. " It is not a professional behavior on the part of an authorized Citroen workshop, moreover the parent company has recognized the manufacturing defect and offers great discounts for the replacement, but this was not proposed to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato il tagliando standard sul mio Berlingo!... tutto il personale è disponibile e competenze ,mi ha dato tutte le informazioni richieste!... l'officina e la reception sono molto pulite ed in ordine e ciò dimostra un ottima organizzazione lavorativa!....e per finire (e non è da poco) il rapporto prezzo/qualità è molto conveniente !.... sicuramente ci ritornerò !.....la consiglio vivamente..... Complimenti alla nuova auto junior.
I carried out the standard coupon on my Berlingo! ... all the staff are available and competent, they gave me all the information requested! ... the workshop and reception are very clean and tidy and this shows an excellent work organization ! .... and finally (and not just) the price / quality ratio is very convenient! .... Ora fanno anche UPS fermo point, potete fare arrivare pacchi con corriere ed anche spedire.
Consigliata!!!
Very competent and kind, I did some work on the car at their workshop and I was fine.
Now they also have UPS firm point, you can send parcels by courier and even send them.
