Mi hanno sempre tenuto informato sugli sviluppi, inviandomi persino le foto dei componenti da sostituire. Il preventivo che mi hanno fatto, una volta che tutti i problemi erano stati identificati, è stato rispettato ed è notevolmente inferiore a quanto mi aspettassi, avendo letto di gente che aveva avuto il mio stesso problema.
Molto disponibili a fornire spiegazioni e consigli, professionali e trasparenti: in caso di bisogno ora so a chi rivolgermi.
Extremely satisfied, I went to the workshop with a problem with the injectors and in addition to solving the specific problem they did the extra mile of checking the fuel tank and pump.
They have always kept me informed of developments, even sending me photos of the components to be replaced. The quote they gave me, once all the problems were identified, was respected and is considerably less than I expected, having read about people who had the same problem as me.
