Insieme a Loris, il suo collaboratore, sono venuti direttamente da me al lavoro, hanno valutato se potevano risolvere il problema subito e mi hanno portato la macchina in officina, lasciandomi la vettura sostitutiva nel parcheggio del mio ufficio. Problema risolto, zero disagio, direttamente a domicilio, prezzo competitivo e onesto. Personalmente non ho mai visto un servizio del genere, li ringrazio e li consiglierò a tutti quanti perché sono davvero sul pezzo. I had a problem with my car, I didn't know what it was and I looked for a mechanic in Volpiano, so I called Alberto. Together with Loris, his collaborator, they came directly to me at work, assessed if they could solve the problem immediately and took the car to the workshop, leaving me the replacement car in the parking lot of my office. Problem solved, zero discomfort, directly at home, competitive and honest price. Personally I have never seen such a service, I thank them and will recommend them to everyone because they are really on the piece.

Oltre ad un servizio perfetto e puntuale volevo sottolineare la disponibilità dei ragazzi nel ritirare l'auto e riconsegnarla presso il mio lavoro, comodissimo! La macchina mi è stata riconsegnata pulitissima e profumata che sembrava uscita dal concessionario. Quindi grazie ancora e alla prossima :) I serviced my C4 Cactus here and replaced the brake pads. Non solo mi hanno acquisito come cliente 1 volta ma sono poi tornato più volte per vari tagliandi, cambio gomme, ecc...disponibilissimi anche al telefono per qualsiasi domanda ti venga sull'auto (soprattutto se se maniacale come me haha). Gentili, cordiali e sempre col sorriso! Ti dico o esattamente i costi e la spesa che tu possa avere, senza mai prendere in giro nessuno. Inutile dire che come qualità/prezzo sono al TOP. Fidatevi di una persona che "meccanici" nel tempo ne ha cambiati vari.. Non cambierò mai più perché trovare persone così professionali, gentili e corrette non é cosa da tutti i giorni. Mi sono preso 10 minuti per fare questa recensione perché se la meritano tutta. Andate da Lo Ma e non sbagliate. Grazie. THE BEST EVER. I met Alberto and Loris for a working collaboration, by chance I had to get the coupon and I became their customer. Kind, friendly and always with a smile! I tell you exactly the costs and expenses that you can have, without ever making fun of anyone.
