Non penso di usufruire ancora dei loro servizi. Guarda la ruota, titubante la prende in mano, non sa se può, se ce l'ha in casa, se può farmi il lavoro (il tutto con un'aria come se stessi dando fastidio). Rispondo che non ho fretta e che ho già un altro paio di ruote per fortuna mia. Poi chiedo informazioni per delle MTB e anche lì ricevo a malapena una risposta. Me ne vado amareggiato e ora quello titubante sono io. Premetto che conosco questo ciclista da molto e non è mai stato molto cortese e affidabile. Ho sempre dato fiducia e dato seconde possibilità, ma questa volta no. Poi oggi ricevo una chiamata che siccome ha visto la mia recensione negativa mi devo andare a riprendere la ruota, senza chiedermi nemmeno il motivo. Parere personale: piccole realtà spariscono anche per come ti approcci al cliente. Non si chiede di farsi accogliere con una cerimonia ma la cortesia sarebbe un buon inizio. Personal opinion: small realities also disappear for how you approach the customer. You don't ask to be welcomed with a ceremony but courtesy would be a good start.

Mi avete detto va bene e nel frattempo l'avete venduta. C'è poco di essere frustrati, siete stati scorretti. Se vi dovevo lasciare un acconto era sufficiente dirlo. Little seriousness. A	Andrea G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso una bici nuova da Gravel, da subito il cambio grattava in quanto non era stato registrato bene, dopo averlo fatto presente mi viene risposto che "va bene cosi". Dopo i primi 30 Km si STACCA la ruota anteriore! Che non era stata stretta correttamente! Ed oltre a questi la bici ha anche altri problemi di assemblaggio che non sto qui ad elencare! Se prendete una bici qui e non siete esperti fatela controllare... e se volete farci il service state alla larga! Quando ho chiamato per far presente le problematiche dell' assemblaggio non mi hanno neanche offerto di sistemare la bici (e ripeto, il tutto è successo poco dopo l'acquisto) Ci sono tanti altri rivenditori Giant in Provincia. Fatevi un favore e prendete una bici assemblata bene perchè quando si cade dalla bici ci si fa male! Contattati su Facebook e con Massimiliano mi sono tornato subito in sintonia: ha ritirato la mia vecchia bici applicandomi una valutazione più che onesta ed altrettanto ha fatto sul prezzo della bici nuova scontata! Niente da eccepire! Contento di essere diventato un cliente Novo Cicli! Bought a fantastic Giant tcr advanced pro disc 0 size m. Contacted me on Facebook and with Massimiliano I immediately got back in tune: he withdrew my old bike applying a more than honest evaluation and he did the same on the price of the new discounted bike! Nothing to complain! Happy to have become a Novo Cicli customer!
