Oggi voglio condividere la mia piena soddisfazione per la rimessa a punto della mia amatissima bici da passeggio: una “vecchia signora malferma” ma dall’aspetto ancora chic. Roberto e Walter hanno accettato la sfida e con infinita pazienza, tanta cortesia e altissima professionalità, l’hanno saputa rimettere in forma smagliante. Che dire… loro sono davvero dei Grandi.. e io adesso posso andare in centro città, a pedali, per godermi un buon caffè! Over the years I have often delivered my MTBs to Cicli Dorio for more or less serious maintenance and they have always been ready to advise me and evaluate the best situation with competence and honesty. Today I want to share my full satisfaction for the re-tuning of my beloved bike: a "shaky old lady" but still chic. Roberto and Walter accepted the challenge and with infinite patience, a lot of courtesy and high professionalism, they knew how to put it back in great shape. What can I say ... they really are great .. and now I can go to the city center, with pedals, to enjoy a good coffee!
R	Roberto Sartore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ammettere con molta soddisfazione di aver trovato una realtà dove non c'è solamente la solita vendita finalizzata al guadagno ma delle persone che credono nel loro lavoro, sanno essere gentili ed hanno pazienza nel consigliare anche ad un cliente difficile e pignolo... Un ringraziamento a tutti ma in particolare a Roberto persona molto appassionata che ti sa guidare con molta esperienza e devo dire anche molto informata tecnicamente anche nei più piccoli dettagli... da non sottovalutare poi l'assistenza che viene offerta nel post vendita cosa non sempre ovvia... Questi pochi artigiani dovrebbero essere protetti ed incentivati a crescere e non penalizzati da una gestione di INCOMPETENTI che ha il solo obbiettivo di tassare e se ne frega della qualità dei prodotti che viene offerta alla gente....e qui non vado oltre... ora giro per le strade fiero e soddisfatto con una bici di alta qualità... ovviamente consiglio a chi desidera trattarsi bene almeno ogni tanto di fare un giro nei paraggi.... I must admit with great satisfaction that I have found a reality where there is not only the usual sale aimed at earning but people who believe in their work, know how to be kind and have patience in advising even a difficult and fussy customer ... Thanks to everyone but in particular to Roberto very passionate person who knows how to guide you with a lot of experience and I must say also very technically informed even in the smallest details ... not to underestimate the assistance that is offered after sales, which is not always obvious ... These few artisans should be protected and encouraged to grow and not penalized by a management of INCOMPETENTS which has the sole objective of taxing and cares about the quality of the products that are offered to the people .... and here I do not go further ... now I ride the streets proud and satisfied with a high quality bike ... obviously I recommend to those who want to treat themselves well at least every now and then to take a tour around ....

Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia con Claudio che con Roberto i quali ci hanno seguito con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Il risultato sono due bici di ottima qualità ad un ottimo prezzo e con consegna in tempi rapidissimi. Vivamente consigliato.
