Mi fido di quello che Simone e i suoi colleghi mi raccontano, che l'auto va bene, che mi hanno appena fatto il tagliando e che, addirittura, con una piccola aggiunta di cento euro avrebbero risolto un problema ai braccetti delle sospensioni. Perfetto, dico io che gentilezza! Vado a ritirare l'auto. Tempo un'ora mi ritrovo ferma in mezzo alla strada con il fumo che esce dal motore. RESOCONTO DEL MECCANICO: guarnizione di testa rotta, ciò sarebbe emerso da un qualsiasi tagliando. Danno da oltre 500 euro. Trovo indecente inserire un annuncio del genere e un'ora dopo esser uscita dalla concessionaria sentirmi dire "l'auto adesso è sua non è un problema nostro". Pessimo voto per pessima concessionaria. Per quanto riguarda la serieta' purtroppo non mi sono mai trovato peggio. Macchina consegnata senza un minimo di pulizia ne con le migliorie alla carrozzeria (come invece era specificato). Ci siamo passati sopra. Problema immediato ad un componente e pagato di tasca nostra, e sul momento non capivo il motivo perché si sarebbe visto dal tagliando. Ad un anno di distanza la verità: tagliando mai fatto, non risulta essere registrato e parti interessate danneggiate. Complimenti! Una parola: vergognoso. Simone in particolare sa capire tutte le esigenze del cliente e consiglarli l'auto migliore. Veramente tutti bravissimi.. Se dovete comprare una macchina una passata da loro è veramente consigliata. Dopo oltre 6 anni questa macchina è ancora in nostro possesso e ne siamo super soddisfatti. Hussein è una persona estremamente gentile e professionale disponibile al punto di preoccuparsi del cambio assicurazione con mezzo fax nel suo ufficio. m	m p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di quasi un anno, rivaluta di gran lunga l acquisto fatto, la simpatia sicuramente la fa da padrona ma non la sincerità e la professionalità sul danno verificatosi sul veicolo, a questo aggiungo che nel momento dell acquisto a distanza di 15 giorni ho fatto cambio gomme e freni ammortizzatori di tasca mia ed il veicolo non è stato igienizzato perché al suo interno ho trovato auricolari, bigliettini da visita. Però tutto questo senza far reclamo me lo sono fatta di tasca. Oggi si verifica un problema molto più grande e mi si presenta davanti una garanzia banale ed il veicolo ed in fase di morte complimenti. Pensateci bene prima di mandare una caparra, fatevi mettere tutte le clausole chiare nel contratto, e assicuratevi che la macchina sia davvero loro e non in conto vendita. Mi avevano proposto un contratto che prevedeva un ritiro di un'auto ma poi hanno tirato fuori delle richieste non scritte nel contratto che prevedevano un esborso extra da parte mia, e non potevo accettare l, cosi ho perso 500€ di caparra. Il buono offerto non serve a niente, Se non hanno macchine interessanti, i miei soldi sono persi !!!! Bad experience with this little dealership, people not serious at all.
