Quando ho fatto presente e documentato il problema mi è stato risposto con assoluta tranquillità che era "normale" che un letto fosse da buttare dopo 8 anni (?) e che loro i prodotti che vendono non li producono ma li rivendono e basta....e perciò non si ritengono responsabili dei materiali in quanto non li possono conoscere a fondo (!?!). Credo che non servano altri commenti. High prices and "quality" as shown in the photos .... which I think speak for themselves. When I pointed out and documented the problem, I was answered with absolute tranquility that it was "normal" for a bed to be thrown away after 8 years (?) And that they do not produce the products they sell but just resell them ... .and therefore they do not hold themselves responsible for the materials as they cannot know them thoroughly (!?!). I think no more comments are needed.

V. mi hanno saputo orientare verso un materasso adatto alle mie patologie. Oltre a questo hanno saputo abbinare il materasso ad un letto meraviglioso esteticamente ed ottimale per le mie limitazioni funzionali nelle operazioni di rifacimento, il tutto con prezzi estremamente onesti. Devo dire che mi sono commossa quando mi hanno fatta sdraiare sul materasso e per la prima volta dopo molti anni sono riuscita a rimanere supina e ben rilassata nonostante le mie problematiche. V. have been able to guide me towards a mattress suitable for my pathologies. In addition to this, they have been able to combine the mattress with a beautiful bed that is aesthetically and optimal for my functional limitations in the makeover operations, all with extremely honest prices. Consiglio l'acquisto di questi materassi perché garantiscono un ottimo sonno. Parola di fisioterapista. During Italian nights I found availability, competence, quality materials, a really interesting value for money. I recommend buying these mattresses because they guarantee a great sleep. Acquistato nel 2014 letto matrimoniale modello fluttua davvero bello esteticamente ma già dopo 3 anni aveva cominciato a deteriorarsi il rivestimento in ecopelle. Nel tempo è peggiorato e il mio disappunto è stato tale che alla fine dell'anno scorso li ho contattati con lo scopo solo di mostrare loro tramite foto le condizioni del letto. Loro non si occupano direttamente del rivestimento perché si rivolgono a dei fornitori però per venire incontro al cliente si sono offerti di rifarmi il rivestimento che nel corso degli anni è migliorato. Ora io penso che questa cosa rientri ahimè nelle probabilità della vita di ritrovarsi con un modello difettoso e questo vale in qualsiasi campo. Però devo anche ammettere che Erik è stato di parola e nel giro di un mese mi ha portato e montato personalmente il letto ad un prezzo simbolico. Si potrebbe dire che a loro non conviene farsi cattiva pubblicità certo però la loro disponibilità non mi ha lasciato indifferente e sono passati 8 anni dall'acquisto quindi per me si è trattato di un incidente di percorso e sono qui a consigliare ugualmente i loro prodotti. I report my experience with Italian Nights. Purchased in 2015 dresser and bedside tables for double bedroom. Beautiful and solid absolutely satisfied. Purchased in 2014, the floating model double bed is really beautiful aesthetically but after 3 years the eco-leather covering had begun to deteriorate. Over time it got worse and my disappointment was such that at the end of last year I contacted them with the sole purpose of showing them the condition of the bed via photos. They do not deal directly with the coating because they turn to suppliers but to meet the customer they offered to redo the coating that has improved over the years. Now I think that this is unfortunately within the probability of life to end up with a defective model and this is true in any field. But I must also admit that Erik was up to his word and within a month he brought and assembled the bed himself for a nominal price. It could be said that they don't want to get bad publicity, of course, but their availability did not leave me indifferent and 8 years have passed since the purchase so for me it was a hiccup and I'm here to recommend their products anyway.
