★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qui diverse volte. Trovo che i locali rinnovati siano molto più belli e l’ambiente finalmente più confortevole. Il servizio è certamente caro, ma ritengo che sia del tutto in linea con il posizionamento che ha il servizio proposto. Quello che però tradisce la “promessa” di questo posizionamento è la mancanza di ascolto. Anche se ritengo che il parrucchiere debba fare il suo mestiere e quindi indirizzare correttamente il proprio cliente, qui c’è la tendenza a non ascoltarlo proprio.
Una sola richiesta: “vorrei tenere la colorazione più naturale possibile ma coprire un po’ i capelli bianchi” Ora mi ritrovo con intere ciocche gialle a sottolineare i punti in cui crescono i capelli bianchi. Sto male a guardarmi allo specchio e sono alla disperata ricerca di una soluzione.
Ma nessuno ha controllato il lavoro e nessuno ha chiesto se andava bene.
Una sola piccola accortezza, invece di chiedere tre o quattro volte ad ogni cliente se vuole un bicchier d’acqua o un caffè (non siamo lì per questo) provare ad ascoltare invece di parlare.
I have been here several times. I find that the renovated rooms are much more beautiful and the environment finally more comfortable. The service is certainly expensive, but I think it is completely in line with the positioning of the proposed service. However, what betrays the "promise" of this positioning is the lack of listening. Although I believe that the hairdresser must do his job and therefore address his client correctly, here there is a tendency not to listen to him at all.
One request: "I would like to keep the color as natural as possible but cover the white hair a little" Now I find myself with whole yellow locks to emphasize the points where white hair grows. I'm sick looking in the mirror and I'm desperate for a solution.
But no one checked the work and no one asked if it was okay.
Just a little foresight, instead of asking each customer three or four times if they want a glass of water or a coffee (we are not there for that) try listening instead of talking.
