Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und versteht wirklich was von seiner Arbeit. Egal, ob‘s um schneiden, Länge, oder Farbe geht. Sehr lobenswert und alle Male sein Geld wert!!! Auf's nächste mal. The best Bolzano's! I am more than happy! The decor is super nice, cozy. You can relax very, very well. The staff is always very friendly and really understands what they do. No matter whether it's about cutting, length, or color. Very commendable and worth the money every time !!! See you next time.

Haben einen Tag vorher angerufen und sogar zwei parallele Termine bekommen. Haben beide kurze Haare, da muss der Schnitt sitzen. Sehr nett und empfehlenswert! We were there during our vacation as a couple. This is now 4 weeks ago and we have both been very happy with our haircut. Called the day before and even got two parallel appointments. Both have short hair, there must sit the cut. Very nice and recommended!

Il trattamento a me riservato invece é stato un servizio colore con fronte ed orecchie sporche che ho dovuto chiedere un paio di volte,naturalmente per cortesia, mi fossero pulite. Tutto nell' indifferenza piú assoluta. Ovviamente ad un prezzo non certo economico, ma che in tutta sincerità avrebbe dovuto esserlo per la qualità del servizio erogatomi. Per quanto mi concerne non consiglio questo salone, a meno che non siate cittadini di lingua tedesca, forse in questo caso vi riterranno degni di attenzione. Bad experience. I had read good reviews about a well-kept environment and a friendly team. The treatment reserved for me, on the other hand, was a color service with a dirty forehead and ears that I had to ask for a couple of times, naturally out of courtesy, to be cleaned. All in absolute indifference. Obviously at a price that is certainly not cheap, but that in all honesty should have been for the quality of the service provided. As far as I'm concerned, I don't recommend this salon, unless you are a German-speaking citizen, perhaps in this case they will deem you worthy of attention.
