★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità, bruciata al viso, mai successo in altri centri dello stesso marchio. No utilizzo del ghiaccio sul viso e gel sulle gambe centellinato..... E per completare ho pagato più del dovuto. Il regolamento del centro prevede che per chi è inscritto in palestra ha diritto, ogni 4 zone paganti, 1 gratuita.... Ed invece a dire della titolare non era a conoscenza di tale promozione.... Peccato che esiste dal 2016........Ed io ho dovuto pagare anche la quinta zona... Con uno sconto ma ho dovuto pagare.... Incapacità, scarsa conoscenza del regolamento del proprio centro..... La legge è legge ma..... Non immagino quante persone sono state forviate come me.... Prese in giro! Resto basita di quanta incompetenza esista.

Il personale è professionale e disponibile, pronto a metterti a tuo agio e ad esaudire ogni richiesta personale. È da anni che usufruisco dei loro servizi. Tra questi la pulizia viso e l'epilazione laser. I trattamenti sono efficaci e a lungo termine. Non ho mai riscontrato delle problematiche sul mio corpo così come sul viso, anzi solo benefici. Tra l'altro tramite passaparola anche persone vicine si sono trovate benissimo e non hanno avuto alcuna lamentela. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Il laser e il laser combinato con la luce pulsata non mi hanno creato disagi tipo arrossamenti molto visibili e il dolore lo ritengo molto sopportabile.
Anche l'accoglienza l'ho gradita molto, Arjeta è molto socievole e disponibile, si vede che s'interessa dei suoi clienti.
Consiglio la sede di Bergamo centro per chi abitando un zona ha vari impegni, la si può raggiungere facilmente e si riceve un servizio piacevole.
