No attention to the anti-Covid rules: gatherings during the test of the boots, lowered staff masks. Receipt not issued (to me and many others).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggiato più volte. Non migliorano mai. Attrezzatura in parte datata e soprattutto mal tenuta. Attacco arrugginiti. Per non parlare dei snow. Che dire avere i prezzi come Cortina per poi rispondere male ai cliente che chiedono chiarimenti in merito. Fortunati che non ci sono altri noleggi così grandi.
Rented several times. They never get better. Equipment partly dated and above all badly maintained. Rusty attack. Not to mention the snow. What about having prices like Cortina and then responding badly to customers who ask for clarification on the matter. Lucky there aren't any other rentals that big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda attrezzatura sci mi sembra abbiano una giusta fornitura, ma per quanto riguarda lo snowboard al limite della follia, scarpone logoro, snowboard con almeno 10 anni, attacchi che cadevano a pezzi e si aprivano da soli, alla mia richiesta di una tavola più larga mi hanno detto di non averne, che era la più larga ( la tavola sarebbe stata stretta anche pèr uno scarpone 42). 3 volta che provo a noleggiare la l'attrezzatura e 3° volta che ricevo materiale di bassa qualità.
As for ski equipment, it seems to me they have a fair supply, but as for snowboarding on the verge of madness, worn-out boot, snowboard with at least 10 years, bindings that fell apart and opened by themselves, at my request for a more wide they told me they didn't have any, that it was the widest (the board would have been narrow even for a 42 boot). 3rd time I try to rent the equipment and 3rd time I get low quality material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che parlo per gli sci di alpinismo, attrezzatura pessima, vecchia e mal mantenuta.
Mi hanno dato un paio di sci più lunghi della mia altezza (eravamo i primi della giornata, quindi c'era ancora un ampia scelta, alla mia affermazione "sono un po' lunghi" non mi hanno neanche calcolata, inoltre non avevano un paio di scarponi del mio numero, ho un 24,5 quindi una misura normalissima).
Partiamo con l'attrezzatura, indosso gli sci, si staccano, attacchi regolati alla buona.
Per fortuna mi porto sempre dietro un cacciavite.
In discesa, l'attacco aveva ancora problemi nonostante mi fossi fermata più volte a regolarlo.
Aggiungo che si è staccata anche una suola dello scarpone.
Risultato: sono dovuta scendere per 3/4 del percorso a PIEDI, perché l'attacco sx aveva evidenti problemi.
Pessimo, non ci tornerò mai più. Capisco che venga noleggiata attrezzatura vecchia, ma la manutenzione è fondamentale, anche per una questione di sicurezza, qualcuno potrebbe farsi male!
Lo sconsiglio vivamente!
I state that I speak for mountaineering skis, bad equipment, old and poorly maintained.
They gave me a pair of skis longer than my height (we were the first of the day, so there was still a wide choice, to my statement "they are a bit long" they didn't even calculate me, also they didn't have a pair of boots of my number, I have a 24.5 so a very normal size).
We start with the equipment, I wear skis, come off, bindings adjusted to good.
Fortunately, I always carry a screwdriver with me.
Downhill, the binding still had problems even though I stopped several times to adjust it.
I would add that a sole of the boot has also come off.
Result: I had to go down 3/4 of the way on FOOT, because the left attack had obvious problems.
Terrible, will never go back. I understand that old equipment is rented, but maintenance is essential, also for safety reasons, someone could get hurt!
I strongly advise against it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità del materiale molto scadente rispetto al prezzo (prezzo sopra la media rispetto gli altri noleggi). Gli scarponi non vengono disinfettati nemmeno ora in periodo Covid infatti hanno un odore nauseabondo, stessa cosa vale per i Caschi. Trattengono la carta d'identità (inaccettabile) cosa che altri noleggi non fanno più da una vita, suggerimento: fate una scansione del documento.
Very poor quality of the material compared to the price (above average price compared to other rentals). The boots are not disinfected even now in the Covid period in fact they have a nauseating smell, the same thing goes for helmets. They keep the identity card (unacceptable) which other rentals have not done for a lifetime, tip: scan the document.
