Chiamato al mattino all'apertura per prenotare due e-bike e dopo mezzora erano pronte per essere usate.
Gentilezza e professionalità dello staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molti anni ormai che mi "affido" al noleggio Palatini e non a caso.
Ero un ragazzo ma poi ho continuato con i miei figli che insieme allo sci si sono rivolti anche alla pratica dello snowboard.
Avrei potuto rivolgermi ad almeno altri tre noleggi in zona dei quali uno addirittura sulle piste ma se ancora i miei arti ,come tutti quelli dei miei famigliari e amici sono intatti e' di certo grazie alle attenzioni, alle valutazioni dello stato atletico e attitudinale che i membri del noleggio hanno sempre applicato puntualmente calibrando attentamente la scelta delle attrezzature e le loro regolazioni ad ogni stagione ed in ogni momento del bisogno.
Questa e' la parte fondamentale di questa attività se interpretata con professionalita' e non con un taglio puramente commerciale come spesso mi e' capitato di osservare presso altri noleggi tra Borca di Cadore e Cortina.
Questa professionalità si traduce di fatto in un SERVIZIO focalizzato sul COMFORT e sulla SICUREZZA per gli utenti.
Credo che questo VALORE possa ampiamente compensare singolari e non fondamentali aspettative che alcuni utenti potrebbero attendersi dimenticando cio' che veramente conta.
Il personale addetto e' molto disponibile e compatibilmente con la presenza di clienti in negozio e' possibile conversare e farsi due risate.
Al noleggio Palatini non si affittano solo le migliori attrezzature per le attivita' invernali ma persino biciclette elettriche e non nel corso della stagione estiva.Una vera ricchezza di opportunita' che si contraddistinguono da altri quelle di altri noleggi anche per la presenza di un negozio annesso dove e' possibile acquistare oggetti artigianali tra i quali le famose sculture di legno di Bruno .
Non ho nessuna intenzione di cambiare.

For many years now I have "entrusted" myself to rental Palatini and not by chance.
I was a boy but then I continued with my children who together with skiing also turned to snowboarding.
I could have turned to at least three other rentals in the area, one of which is even on the slopes but if my limbs, like all those of my family and friends are still intact, it is certainly thanks to the attentions, the assessments of the athletic and aptitude that the rental members have always applied punctually by carefully calibrating the choice of equipment and their adjustments at every season and at every moment of need.
This is the fundamental part of this activity if interpreted with professionalism and not with a purely commercial approach as I have often observed at other rentals between Borca di Cadore and Cortina.
This professionalism translates into a SERVICE focused on COMFORT and SAFETY for users.
I believe that this VALUE can largely compensate for singular and non-fundamental expectations that some users might expect by forgetting what really matters.
The staff is very helpful and compatibly with the presence of customers in the store it is possible to converse and have a laugh.
At Palatini rental not only the best equipment for winter activities is rented but also electric bicycles and not during the summer season. A real wealth of opportunities that are distinguished from others by other rentals also for the presence of an attached shop where it is possible to buy handicrafts including Bruno's famous wood sculptures.
I have no intention of changing.
