M	Marco Buglino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato in ritiro con la squadra per tre giorni. Fantastico non mancava nulla. Le camere sono ampie ma in alcune non è presente la tv. Colazione, pranzo e cena sono a buffet, quelli del pranzo e della cena sono ottimi anzi meglio di quanto mi aspettassi mentre quello della colazione è molto povero e non presenta la solita colazione internazionale. Apparte questo piccolo difetto per il resto non manca nulla in più possiede un tavolo da ping pong per poter passare il tempo. Penso sia tra i migliori hotel del posto Visited for a three-day retreat with the team. Fantastic nothing was missing. The rooms are large but in some there is no TV. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style, lunch and dinner are excellent indeed better than I expected while breakfast is very poor and does not have the usual international breakfast. Apart from this small flaw, for the rest nothing is missing, but it has a ping pong table to pass the time. I think it's among the best hotels in the place

Pulizia gentilezza e buon cibo non sono mancate. Tutto il ritiro è stato ben strutturato anche grazie alle ottime strutture sportive delle quali si è potuto usufruire. Da consigliare alle associazioni sportive Excellent hotel in a setting of beautiful mountains Stay of the sports group Fontanafredda calcio for pre-season strengthening. Cleanliness, kindness and good food were not lacking. The whole retreat was well structured also thanks to the excellent sports facilities which could be used. Recommended for sports associations
L	Liliana Linguanotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco negativa , personale completamente assente di notte , abbiamo soggiornato due notti di cui una passata in piedi perchè nella camera adiacente alla nostra degli ospiti avevano un cane che ha abbaiato dalle 24.30 alle 5.30 del mattino , abbiamo bussato alla camera confinante una ventina di volte e nessuno ci ha risposto nonostante fossero in camera, i miei figli spaventati perchè il cane ringhiava in continuazione , avevamo addirittura pensato che qualcuno stesse male. Alla reception non c'era nessuno e addirittura la porta blindata per cui non si poteva neanche accedere alla reception. Abbiamo chiamato al telefono 18 volte. Nessuna risposta. alla mattina ci siamo lamentati ed addirittura siamo stati trattati a pesci in faccia e pagato 200 euro. No comment. Mai più in questo albergo. Experience to say the least negative, staff completely absent at night, we stayed two nights, one of which was standing because in the room adjacent to our guests they had a dog that barked from 24.30 to 5.30 in the morning, we knocked on the neighboring room about twenty of times and no one answered us even though they were in the room, my children were scared because the dog was growling all the time, we even thought that someone was sick. At the reception there was no one and even the security door so you could not even access the reception. We called the phone 18 times. No reply. in the morning we complained and even we were treated like fish in the face and paid 200 euros. No comment. Never again in this hotel.
A	Alessio Beltrame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritiro con la squadra. Camere pulite, personale cordiale e sempre disposto ad aiutare e a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Cibo buono e abbondante. Ottima posizione. E poi c’è Giorgia, una marcia in più. Retreat with the team. Clean rooms, friendly staff who are always willing to help and resolve any issues. Good and plentiful food. Great location. And then there is Giorgia, an extra gear.
M	Marco Davigna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregi:ottima pulizia delle camere, buona colazione, personale di sala molto cortese e disponibile ambiente gradevole Difetti: l'unico difetto da me riscontrato e stata alla reception Ci sono 2 receptionist di cui quella giovane molto gentile e sempre disponibile l'altra signora un po meno , difficoltà nel trovarla e a mio parere scortese. Per il resto tutto bene hotel consigliato Advantages: excellent cleanliness of the rooms, good breakfast, very courteous and helpful staff, pleasant environment Defects: the only defect I found was at the reception There are 2 receptionists of which the young one is very kind and always available the other lady a little less, difficulty in finding her and in my opinion rude. For the rest all well recommended hotel

P	Peter Grundy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for half term with a school group. The hotel is s bit dated but everything thing is very clean and works well. My room was very clean and well laid out. The bathroom while a little small had everything you need and works well. All meals were buffet style and were very tasty. The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. The bar area is a nice comfortable place to be. The hotel is only 200 mtrs from the ski slopes. Would definitely recommend
