β β β β β Servizio impeccabile se si vuole noleggiare una macchina e avere la cauzione (800 β¬) congelata su carta di credito per piΓΉ di 10 giorni a dispetto dei 2/3 comunicati da loro. Quando, dopo 4 giorni, ho fatto loro presente il problema, mi Γ¨ stato risposto che la segnalazione era stata fatta e che se avessi voluto altre informazioni mi sarei dovuta arrangiare, chiamando personalmente il call center che gestisce le fatturazioni, dovendo IO quindi perdere tempo per un LORO disservizio. Dopo aver perso 20 minuti al telefono, perchΓ© il call center chiaramente non rispondeva, il servizio della carta di credito della MIA banca (sempre celere e pronto in caso di necessitΓ a differenza del loro), mi ha risposto che la cifra sarebbe stata bloccata ancora per i 5 giorni successivi alle mie chiamate, nelle quali quindi, mi era stata detta una cosa non vera. Pressapochisti e inadeguati. MAI PIUβ.
Impeccable service if you want to rent a car and have the deposit (800 β¬) frozen on your credit card for more than 10 days in spite of the 2/3 communicated by them. When, after 4 days, I pointed out the problem to them, I was told that the report had been made and that if I wanted more information I would have to make do, by personally calling the call center that manages the billing, so I had to waste time. for THEIR disservice. After wasting 20 minutes on the phone, because the call center was clearly not responding, the credit card service of MY bank (always fast and ready in case of need unlike theirs), they replied that the figure would be blocked again. for the 5 days following my calls, in which therefore, I was told something that was not true. Careless and inadequate. NEVER AGAIN'.
