Incredibile esperienza con il servizio web di prenotazioni.
Prenoto e pago diversi giorni prima un furgone centinato presso la filiale di Lecco.
La sera prima del ritiro verifico sul sito Maggiore Amico Blu che la prenotazione sia confermata.
La mattina dopo mi reco alla filiale di Lecco per il ritiro dove mi viene comunicato che la prenotazione è stata annullata in quanto non hanno mai avuto quel tipo di furgone nel loro parco mezzi
Per avere il rimborso ho dovuto inviare una email e dovrò aspettare ancora dai 15 ai 60 giorni per riavere i miei soldi .
Assistenza da parte degli operatori in filiale nulla .
Si sono limitati a dire che non era la prima volta che succedeva.
Davvero al peggio non c'è limite...
Van booked and paid for a week but at the time of collection the van DOES NOT EXIST!
Incredible experience with the web booking service.
I book and pay several days in advance for a curtainsider van at the Lecco branch.
The evening before collection, I check on the Maggiore Amico Blu website that the booking is confirmed.
The next morning I go to the Lecco branch for the collection where I am informed that the reservation has been canceled as they have never had that type of van in their fleet
To get my refund, I had to send an email and I will have to wait another 15 to 60 days to get my money back.
No assistance from branch operators.
They just said it wasn't the first time this happened.
There really is no limit to the worst ...

I due ragazzi dell'Agenzia si sono dimostrati preparati, professionali e cordiali e la procedura è stata semplice e veloce. Inoltre vi è un'ampia disponibilità in ordine alla scelta dei mezzi e i prezzi sono ottimi.
I rented an Iveco van from the Lecco agency in April 2022 to move. The two guys from the Agency proved to be prepared, professional and friendly and the procedure was quick and easy. In addition, there is a wide availability in terms of the choice of vehicles and the prices are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the absolute best. They make the rental process quick and easy, and they're always available by phone during business hours to answer my questions. The staff speaks english for those travelling in. And it's only an 8 minute walk from the Lecco train station and you can head straight out into the mountains!
