Purtroppo tutti i partecipanti sono rimasti delusi dal trattamento ricevuto in hotel, dove sono stati trattati come clienti di categoria b, colazione scarsa e pessima rispetto alla colazione ricevuta da altri clienti, cena senza possibilità di scelta e con porzioni mini, hanno chiesto al titolare dell'hotel se potevano avere un altro trattamento ma il responsabile ha detto che questi erano gli accordi con l'agenzia viaggi. Peccato perché hanno speso davvero molto per il trattamento ricevuto. Pessima esperienza My parents have just returned from a tour in Rome organized by this agency.
