★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ritiro dell'auto mancava la lista dei graffi e ammaccature; ho fatto delle foto alle principali, ma non posso essere sicuro che sia io il responsabile del minimo graffio che mi è stato contestato che può essere sfuggito alla mia attenzione ma che mi è costato quasi 180 euro. Non ritengo corretta questa procedura perché ho avuto la netta sensazione che fosse funzionale al consentire ai gestori la possibilità di contestare al cliente qualsiasi anomalia o irregolarità della carrozzeria. Consiglirei di stare molto attenti.
At the withdrawal of the car the list of scratches and dents was missing; I took some pictures of the main ones, but I can't be sure that I'm the one responsible for the slightest scratch that I was denied that may have escaped my attention but that cost me almost 180 euros. I do not consider this procedure to be correct because I had the distinct feeling that it was functional to allow managers the possibility of challenging the customer with any anomaly or irregularities in the bodywork. I would advise you to be very careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long lines to pick up car (min. 45 minutes), and word to the wise: take photos of every inch of your car, even if you get it at night....otherwise they find damage immediately upon return and charge you for it. So be careful with these guys.
