Dopo aver scrupolosamente effettuato il pieno prima della riconsegna, l'operatore Skarent addetto al ritiro segna "FULL carburante" nel verbale di riconsegna sottoscritto da entrambi. Ebbene dopo circa una settimana la stessa Skarent ci addebita 100 € per aver consegnato il mezzo senza pieno. Facciamo notare pazientemente e minuziosamente all'ufficio Skarent e al suo responsabile quanto indicato nel verbale. La loro risposta è stata che il verbale che avevamo in mano con segnato "FULL carburante" non ha alcun valore essendoci stata consegnata (APPOSITAMENTE) una copia e non l'originale. Rinunciamo a procedere per vie legali per evitare ulteriori perdite di tempo e di denaro ma avvertiamo a tutti coloro che mai vorrebbero prendere in considerazione Skarent per un qualsiasi noleggio di EVITARE questa società truffaldina e poco professionale. a real SCAM: disgusting experience had in the rental of 2 mini vans. Nel nostro caso il veicolo all'ora pattuita non c'era, abbiamo dovuto attendere il suo rientro. Per evitare di attendere ancora siamo stati costretti a ritirare il veicolo senza che fosse stato lavato. Era accesa una spia rossa sul cruscotto per pneumatico sgonfio. Al banco ci avevano detto - davanti a testimoni - che il conducente aggiuntivo era gratuito, mentre poi ci siamo ritrovati un addebito aggiuntivo di 45 euro. Le condizioni di noleggio, scritte in carattere 1 impossibile da leggere, riportano una mail per reclami di altra azienda, che risponde di non essere la titolare del rapporto. Il titolare della società, Andrea Scafone, che risponde al cellulare, nega di essere il titolare. Un delirio! Se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza, scegliete un'altra compagnia di noleggio auto. Al momento della riconsegna del mezzo l'addetto della società dichiara che il minivan che abbiamo noleggiato non presenta nessun problema ed il carburante FULL. Tornati a casa con amara sorpresa ricevo una mail dove mi si addebitano € 100,00 per mancata riconsegna del mezzo con il pieno di carburante; chiedo delucidazioni in merito ma non trovo nessuna risposta concreta . Se dovete noleggiare all' aereoporto di Catania andate altrove perchè è una TRUFFA. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE se non volete concludere il vostro soggiorno in Sicilia con l'amaro in bocca. Noleggio all'aeroporto di Comiso dove l'incaricato è stato puntualissimo e veloce, affidandomi un auto che non era proprio nuova di fabbrica ma che comunque ha fatto il suo dovere, a un prezzo molto più onesto rispetto alla media dei noleggiatori "tradizionali". l'ufficio di rent si trova a qualche minuto dall'aeroporto, piuttosto comodo anche per la riconsegna.
