Soddisfattissimi del servizio ricevuto, auto consegnata pulita e profumata il giorno di Ferragosto alle ore 13.00 dopo un tranfert dall'areoporto di Catania sempre effettuato da ElleBi ad un prezzo veramente vantaggioso come il ritorno. Il primo giorno ci è stato addirettura offerto senza costi! Auto in perfetto ordine e che ha funzionato sempre bene. Comunicazioni preventivo tramite mail sempre solleciti e gentili della Sig.na Katia e rientro con transfert a Catania effettuato dal Sig. D	David Williamson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a fiat panda from this crowd in Oct 2017 at Catania. The thing broke down half way up Mt Etna due to a broken plastic cooling water tank connection. No warning light and temp gauge was ok. I stopped car when problem was observed. Company has billed me A$560 for engine repairs. I was NOT RESPONSIBLE for the breakdown!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THIS WAS A VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT SPOILT OUR TIME IN SICILY. XERO STARS!!!!
