★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato un auto a Malpensa. Inizialmente ci hanno chiesto il numero di volo per regolarsi sul nostro arrivo, poi però quando li abbiamo chiamati per dire che il volo era in ritardo di un'ora ci hanno detto che se non ci presentavamo nel giro di tot avrebbero dato via l'auto. Arrivati lì in tempo, ci hanno dato un furgone al posto dell'auto che avevamo richiesto. Infine, una settimana dopo la consegna a Trento, ci hanno mandato una email confusionaria per dirci che avevano trovato dei graffi sulla macchina. Da notare che nella email non sapevano nemmeno il modello del furgone che ci avevano dato.
We hired a car in Malpensa. Initially they asked us for the flight number to settle on our arrival, but then when we called them to say that the flight was delayed for an hour they told us that if we didn't show up within a few minutes they would give the car away. . Arriving there on time, they gave us a van instead of the car we requested. Finally, a week after the delivery in Trento, they sent us a confusing email to tell us that they had found scratches on the car. Note that in the email they did not even know the model of the van they had given us.

Quando consegnano l'auto il metodo di analisi di tutti i danni subiti, in precedenza, è molto frettoloso e superficiale. Fate moltissime foto. Alla riconsegna controllano ovunque e ovviamente l'auto viene già consegnata con molte ammaccature. Poi addebitano i costi nonostante la corrispondenza fra cartaceo e tablet non sia aggiornata. Nel mio caso il dipendente ha modificato davanti a me tale aggiornamento non solo della presunta ammaccatura a mio carico ma anche di altra ammaccatura. Consiglio vivamente di effettuare un infinità di foto e di non partire prima di aver verificato ogni angolo dell'auto,anche nelle parti meno in vista. Ho richiesto di ricevere la corrispondenza fra numerosi danni segnati da loro e numero di addetti emessi ai clienti(mi hanno risposto che la responsabilità di verificare alla consegna e del cliente ma non mi hanno fornito quanto richiesto).

When they hand over the car, the method of analyzing all the damage suffered previously is very hasty and superficial. Take a lot of photos. Upon delivery, they check everywhere and obviously the car is already delivered with many dents. Then they charge the costs even though the correspondence between paper and tablet is not up to date. In my case, the employee modified this update in front of me not only of the alleged dent against me but also of another dent. I highly recommend taking an infinite number of photos and not leaving before having checked every corner of the car, even in the less visible parts. I requested to receive correspondence between numerous damages reported by them and the number of employees issued to customers (they replied that the responsibility to check on delivery and of the customer but they did not provide me with what was requested).

Prices are ok, check-in and check-out processes are easy and straightforward. If I need to rent a car again in the future, Noleggiare will definetely be my first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost impossible not to call Noleggiare's behaviour criminal. They detect non-existent damages and charge insane amounts (hundreds of Euros) for repairs that never occur.
This company is certainly the worst car rental I have ever used.
