Really bad customer service, dodgy breaks had to change car and waste a days holiday

There were closed before the time. There was no auto available and we were told about this at the phone and thus had to find another car rental. They still haven't got our money back after 2 months. Unacceptable.

This place is a scam. I rented the car. I returned it in the same conditions, but they charged me with many extras, including cleaning and a minimal scratch, which was probably there before I rented the car. Impossible to talk with the people (clearly because they were just interested to make money, rather than helping a customer). Just avoid it. I have filled a credit card dispute.

Grandissima antipatia e scortesia. Il giorno del ritiro dell'auto l'impiegata mi ha rifiutato la carta sostenendo che fosse un bancomat. Non ha voluto neanche provare a vedere che funzionasse. Sono andato da Europcar e ho noleggiato tranquillamente. A volte basterebbe solo un po' di gentilezza... STATE ALLA LARGA Great rudeness and unkindness. On the day of departure the employee rejected my mastercard, mantaining that it was a pre-paid card. She didn't even want to try and see if it worked. Then I went to Europcar and rented without problems. Sometimes being kind to your customers could make the difference... AVOID

Salvatore was very helpful and also have been patient. Although I do not speak Italiano, he has put effort to communicate. I had to clarify with him on some matter and he was patient and even spared some time even though it was lunch time. Good experience!
