★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un preventivo di spesa per una donazione di un immobile il 3 giugno 2013, il 5 ho chiesto tramite mail se avevano ricevuto la mia richiesta e mi è stato risposto che era stata inoltrata alla persona di competenza. Dopo una decina di giorni ho chiamato per sapere lo stato della mia richiesta e mi è stato detto che non c'era ancora stato tempo per formulare il preventivo, ho pertanto sollecitato vista la mia esigenza di ottenere una risposta in tempi brevi. Ad oggi, 20 giugno 2013, non ho ancora ricevuto nulla.
Capisco di essere semplicemente una goccia in mezzo ad un mare di clienti e mi rendo perfettamente conto che per un notaio non è la mia donazione a fare la differenza, ma auspico che questa recensione possa spronare lo studio in questione a migliorare il loro servizio.
 I requested a cost estimate for a donation of a property on 3 June 2013, on the 5th I asked by e-mail if they had received my request and I was told that it had been forwarded to the person in charge. After about ten days I called to find out the status of my request and was told that there had not yet been time to formulate the budget, so I asked for it given my need to get a response quickly. To date, June 20, 2013, I have not received anything yet.
I understand that I am simply a drop in the midst of a sea of customers and I am perfectly aware that for a notary it is not my donation to make a difference, but I hope that this review will spur the study in question to improve their service.
