Manca una stella ? per 2 motivi, uno dei quali è stato il provolone stagionato un anno servito nel tagliere: due fettine più sottili di una particola, non si fa.
L'altro motivo lo riservo.

One star is missing ? for 2 reasons, one of which was the provolone aged one year served on the cutting board: two slices thinner than a particola, you can't do it.
I reserve the other reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Presidio slow food" (literally, "garrison slow food"). I don't know how much this can tell you, but if ever you see such a writing outside a shop or a restaurant... well it's worth stopping and have a look! Or, better, a bite. These are places where you can find very peculiar type of food, genuinely typical, completely out of the food chain (forget about finding these things at a supermarket). We were 15, adults and kids. The type of food was good for all tastes and of such a quality you can't forget. And the wine! We had a white dry one coming from Venosa. Fantastic! We ate outside, in the little square among the white houses of Matera. Then we went inside to buy some specialities to bring them home. Because, yes, there is a shop inside.
In summary: can't miss it.
