M	Maureen OSullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A supposed unpaid toll of EUR 29.80 from September 2018 which they informed us about after two and a half years has now become a demand for EUR 88.84!!! Totally unprofessional and unreasonable. Very bad image of Italy for visitors!

You should pay us to drive on your absolute lousy roads full of traffic jam and not at the level of an European country. I am so deeply ashamed to be an Italian!! Do not pay as long you do not receive the evidence that you did something wrong!!!!!!!

According to the invoice the vehicle passed the gate 19/06/2015 and I purchased the car 31/03/2018. In fact I live in Sweden and have never set foot in Italy. I've tried to reach them on the e-mail address, 16/06/2021, but they haven't answered yet. Instead they recently sent me another invoice with a higher cost to pay. Unprofessional service! J	Jason Pickering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do you continue to send me letters regarding a toll fee for a car which I did not even own at the time? I would think that at the very least you would check ownership records to ensure that I actually owned the car when the supposed lack of payment of toll took place. I have already responded via your website several months ago but have recently received yet another letter demanding a payment of 41 Euros for a 3 euro toll. Please check your own records to see that I answered all of your questions several months ago.
T	Tomislav Pozaic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a fine for not paying the maut ca. 8 months ago. How should one know that the maut is not payed if the barrier opens after you insert your credit card in the paying machine???? Pure Italian scam! Next time I will think twice before visiting your country.
Y	Yevhen Uzhva (yuzhva) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM 3 years ago I was renting a car in Italy. I really received the fine in Como, but the fine goes to the Rental car service first. Then the car rental service should charge my card automatically. It seems that those SCAM firm received leaked Databases with driver's information and now trying to make some money in an unfair and illegal way.

Got a notice to pay 12 euros after visiting Italy 7 years ago, informing me I didn't pay some kind of Toll, the law says after 5 years those kind of fines become automatically canceled, thought it was scam until their lawyers started sending extra fines otherwise they will take me to court, I had to pay of course with all extra costs. I advice them to improve their service, taking an action after 7 years is a kind of joke, horrible website, don't respect the EU agreements, very bad reputation for Italy that I will never enter again with my car.
