Erica e Claudio sono stati gentilissimi e molto competenti nelle informazioni, nelle istruzioni e anche nel post vendita.
In piu' tramite loro ho potuto assicurare lo scooter in termini assai convenienti anche rispetto a preventivi on-line.
Sono molto soddisfatto e lo consiglio vivamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero alla ricerca di uno scooter elettrico ed ho deciso, dopo tanti giri, di rivolgermi a questo flagship non tanto per il prezzo offertomi (comunque ottimo e concorrenziale) ma soprattuto per la cordialità e per la competenza di chi ci lavora. F. è sempre molto attivo nel cercare di risolvere qualsiasi problema e si mette a disposizione in ogni modo per coccolarti e farti tornare a casa sempre pienamente soddisfatto. E' anche molto pratico nel lavorare il mezzo godendo di una officina all'interno dello store che gli permette di lavorare in modo preciso e professionale. Mi sento di consigliarlo senza meno perché non è facile trovare persone competenti e con tanta voglia di fare. Posso dirvi che nel mio lungo peregrinare alla ricerca dello scooter mi sono imbattuto, alle volte, in alcune situazioni da accapponare la pelle.
I was looking for an electric scooter and I decided, after many laps, to turn to this flagship not so much for the price offered to me (however excellent and competitive) but above all for the friendliness and competence of those who work there. F. is always very active in trying to solve any problem and makes himself available in every way to pamper you and make you always come home fully satisfied. He is also very practical in working the vehicle enjoying a workshop inside the store that allows him to work in a precise and professional way. I would recommend it without fail because it is not easy to find competent people with a great desire to do. I can tell you that in my long wanderings in search of the scooter I have come across, at times, in some situations that make your skin crawl.

Cercavo l'ultimo scooter Niu di cui avevo letto cose molto belle. Appena entrato ho conosciuto Dario e ho capito subito che avrei comprato lo scooter da lui. Persona simpatica preparata gentile e molto disponibile. Cosa importantissima mi hanno fatto provare lo scooter. La consegna è stata puntuale, le informazioni, tantissime, date con chiarezza e con pazienza. Rispondono subito al telefono e ti ascoltano. Consiglio a tutti questo negozio di grande qualità.
Niu flagship Store Rome in via Parioli is very far from my house but it turns after many shops that I have seen in the end I arrived there and it was a real luck. I was looking for the latest Niu scooter which I had read very nice things about. As soon as I entered I met Dario and I immediately understood that I would buy the scooter from him. Nice person prepared kind and very helpful. Very important thing they let me try the scooter. The delivery was punctual, the information, a lot, given clearly and with patience. They answer the phone right away and listen to you. I recommend this great quality shop to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is brand new with an elegant yet moder-minimalistic touch. When you enter the shop you are welcomed by very smiling and professional staff. At first I was skeptical about this electric scooter made in china. But after They let me do the test drive I was well-surprised about the performance and the comfort. My only complaint is the location where it is very hard to park. But maybe that’s why I considering buying a scooter.
