La Salmoneria si profila sempre più quale locale di tendenza, il design interno semplice ma ricercato, il limitato spazio che crea da solo atmosfera, invitano a rimanere e cosi' la Salmoneria diventa luogo ideale per aperitivi e spuntini (con tartine, panini ed insalate che variano da diversi tipi di salmone, allo sgombro e tonni speciali, gamberi e mazzancolle, alici e capperi) per chi apprezza il gusto delle cose semplici e soprattutto il piacere del parlare insieme più che l'ostentazione, le chiassate e la musica strillata volti a coprire il vuoto delle conversazioni
