★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Ho acquistato da loro un divano su misura in 'pelle'. Acquisto effettuato un anno prima del mio matrimonio (quindi un anno nn si è seduto nessuno sul divano). Il secondo anno (combinazione dopo circa 15 gg dalla scadenza della garanzia) contatto la ditta per informarla che una seduta del mio divano si stava rovinando, come se si stesse 'spellando' (da premettere che tenevo il divano sempre coperto, nn avevo ancora figli quindi stavo molto attenta). Mi è stato risposto che sarebbe stato inutile rifare quell'unica seduta perché man mano il divano si sarebbe rovinato tutto. Mi dissero di aver ricevuto una partita di pelle rovinata, 'vecchia' e sul mio divano era stata utilizzata questa (dissero di essersene accorti dopo). E questa è una valida giustificazione?????? Cioè siete consapevoli di avermi fatto pagare un prodotto difettoso e non lo ritirate??? Nn lo sostituite???? Una vergogna assoluta. L'unica cosa che mi hanno proposto, di rifarmi lo stesso divano a metà prezzo!! Ahahahaha vergognosooooo
Bad. I bought a bespoke 'leather' sofa from them. Purchase made a year before my wedding (so no one sat on the sofa one year). The second year (combination after about 15 days from the expiry of the warranty) I contact the company to inform them that a seat on my sofa was getting damaged, as if it were 'peeling' (to say that I always kept the sofa covered, I still had no children so I was very careful). I was told that it would be useless to redo that single session because the sofa would gradually get ruined. They told me they received a lot of damaged, 'old' leather and this had been used on my sofa (they said they noticed later). And this is a valid justification ?????? That is, are you aware that you have made me pay for a defective product and you are not withdrawing it ??? Don't you replace it ???? An absolute shame. The only thing they offered me was to make the same sofa for half the price !! Ahahahaha shamefuloooo
