Compro le castagne intrise d’acqua, forse per farle risultare più pesanti, che però avevano un bell’aspetto; arrivato a casa in media una su 10 era buona e il bello è che ogni anno si ripresenta pessima qualità’.
Consiglio di cambiare fornitore o di migliorare i controlli qualità.
Non si può offrire un prodotto marcio e chiaramente modificato per aumentarne il peso (castagne chiaramente messe nell’acqua e poi messe in vendita), inoltre quel giorno intorno ad esse c’era una concentrazione importante di moscerini.
