D	Domenico Calipari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato 2 composizioni in pronta consegna per i 2 bagni di casa versando come d'uso comune una percentuale dell'importo a titolo di caparra confirmatoria. A soli 3 giorni dalla consegna si rendono conto di non avere una delle due composizioni in magazzino e per ordinarla sarebbe occorsa un'attesa di 30 giorni ed una maggiorazione di prezzo, tra l'altro a carico mio. Molto disorientato per l'imprevisto, e amareggiato per l'idea dover restare con un bagno bloccato per altri 30 giorni accetto comunque la proposta. Il giorno stesso della consegna, ed in ritardo rispetto l'orario concordato, a casa non si presenta nessuno ma chiamano al cellulare dicendo che: 'le direttive aziendali impongono il saldo dell'interno importo prima della consegna'. Su tutte le furie per quanto accaduto mi reco in azienda a chiedere spiegazioni e qui il proprietario, invece di scusarsi e di farsi carico delle responsabilità dell'azienda che porta il suo nome, non fa altro che scaricare la colpa sul giovane collaboratore che aveva chiamato poco prima umiliandolo davanti a me, la mia compagna ed ai colleghi. In tutta la mia vita ho sempre evitato persone del genere e sono felicissimo di aver ottenuto il rimborso della caparra e abbandonato per sempre un qualsiasi rapporto con questa triste azienda. Vergogna. I ordered 2 compositions ready for delivery for the 2 bathrooms in the house, paying a percentage of the amount as a deposit as usual. Just 3 days after delivery they realize that they do not have one of the two compositions in stock and to order it it would have taken a wait of 30 days and a price increase, among other things at my expense. Very disoriented for the unexpected, and embittered by the idea of having to stay with a blocked bathroom for another 30 days, I accept the proposal anyway. On the day of delivery, and later than the agreed time, no one shows up at home but they call their mobile phones saying that: 'the company directives require the balance of the entire amount before delivery'. On a rampage over what happened, I go to the company to ask for explanations and here the owner, instead of apologizing and taking on the responsibilities of the company that bears his name, does nothing but place the blame on the young employee who had called shortly before humiliating him in front of me, my partner and colleagues. Throughout my life I have always avoided such people and I am delighted to have obtained the refund of the deposit and abandoned any relationship with this sad company forever. Shame.

Pur avendo avuto la collaborazione del dipendente, non credo che la mia richiesta di preventivo poteva essere rifiutata, anche perché cliente.
