★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fornitura materiale buona, ma installatione pessima. ed alla fine hanno lasciato i lavori non finiti e mal fatti. Piastrelle Bisazza posate storte e segnate, alcune piastrelle sul terrazzo di sono rotte subito. Il prblema e' che non sono piu' venuti a risolvere i problemi. La risposta e' stata scriva pure tramite avvocati. insomma un ditta poco seria.
Good material supply, but bad installation. and in the end they left the work unfinished and badly done. Bisazza tiles laid crooked and marked, some tiles on the terrace are broken immediately. The problem is that they no longer came to solve the problems. The answer was also write through lawyers. in short, a not very serious company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato piastrelle per 2 bagni da loro. Mi hanno consegnato piastrelle con diferenza di lunghezza di 0,5cm. Praticamente alla terza fila ho la fuga che e piu spostata di 1.5cm. Colpa del fornitore. Gli ho contattati di Giovedi, il loro fornitore ha ammesso l'errore e mi hanno garantito che per Lunedi mi avrebbero cambiato le piastrelle. Mai successo!
Le ho chiesto di venire loro a posarmele dato che il piastrellista l'ho fatto venire dall'estero e doveva partire, si sono rifiutati. Le ho chiesto di scontarmi le piastrelle che hanno sbagliato e... nulla!
Avendo fatto un'ordine per delle piastrelle per la cucina, dopo qualche giorno che ho ordinato per i bagni, mi hanno chiesto il pagamento una volta insieme a quelle dei bagni, le ho pagate insieme... poi mi mandano nuovamente il conto solo del secondo ordine! Ovviamente le piastrelle arrivate in ritardo e di colori/tonalita' diversi.
Io non mi ritengo una persona che vuole fare del male alla gente che lavora pero' questi prendono in giro la gente! Non consiglio nemeno ai nemici di lavorare con loro. Ho acquistato il pavimento direttamente a Sassuolo (non faccio pubblicita a nessun negozio) da dove anche Lombarda si fornisce pero' alla meta' del prezzo che Lombarda fa e di pari qualita' e piu serieta'. Acquisto fatto online senza mai vedere in faccia il venditore.
Per chiudere, nel momento del pagamento ho sbagliato a pagare, pagato 30,00euro in piu, non si sono mai disturbati di ridarmeli, anzi mi hanno chiesto di pagare una seconda volta quelle della cucina. Esperienza orrenda!
Ps. Tutta questa storia e successa a Marzo 2019 percio ho preso il mio tempo per tranquilizzarmi prima di scrivere. Lo avessi scritto al momento potete solo imaginare quanta rabbia avrei messo in queste parole.
Bought tiles for 2 bathrooms from them. They gave me tiles with a 0.5cm length difference. Practically on the third row I have the escape which is more displaced by 1.5cm. Supplier's fault. I contacted them on Thursday, their supplier admitted the error and they assured me that they would change the tiles for Monday. Never happened!
I asked her to come and put them down because the tiler I sent from abroad and had to leave, they refused. I asked her to discount the tiles that were wrong and ... nothing!
Having made an order for the tiles for the kitchen, after a few days I ordered for the bathrooms, they asked me to pay once with those in the bathrooms, I paid them together ... then they send me back the bill just for the second order! Obviously the tiles arrived late and of different colors / shades.
I don't consider myself a person who wants to hurt the people who work but they make fun of people! I don't even recommend enemies to work with them. I purchased the floor directly in Sassuolo (I do not advertise at any store) from where Lombarda also supplies itself, however, at half the price that Lombarda does and is of equal quality and more serious. Purchase made online without ever seeing the seller in the face.
To close, at the time of payment I was wrong to pay, paid 30.00 euros more, they never bothered to give them back to me, in fact they asked me to pay the kitchen ones a second time. Horrendous experience!
Ps. This whole story happened in March 2019 so I took my time to relax before writing. Had you written it at the moment you can only imagine how much anger I would put into these words.

We met 4 times in total, they presented us with a rendering of our house with the chosen solutions and I liked it very much because they reflected our needs and our way of life.
