Ritardo e disorganizzazione bella gestione dei regali (arrivati dopo che il bambino è nato). Il nostro presentava pure un evidente difetto (un foro grosso come un dito nella stoffa dell'ovetto). In questo negozio ho trovato tutto e di più, sia a livello umano sia come scelta di prodotti. Il rapporto è cordiale e amichevole e ancora oggi, a distanza di sei anni dalla mia lista nascita, passo a salutare i proprietari e tutto lo staff che sono stati essenziali nell'aiutarci a distinguere il necessario dall'inutile. E' un negozio con l'attenzione al cliente, c'è un rapporto diretto e ti senti sempre coccolato. Si trovano oggetti di ogni tipologia e prezzi......e questo è già un grande punto a favore. Nella grande distribuzione spesso questi aspetti vengono meno. Con tutte le novità che ho visto l'ultima volta che sono passata dal negozio.....mi vien quasi voglia di fare una nuova lista nascita........ihihih When professionalism joins sympathy, cordiality and ends with a wide choice ..... well what to say, you can't finish that in good hands. Al Nidó di Prato si trovano articoli ben selezionati di elevata qualitá e alto contenuto tecnico, sono decisamente al passo con il mercato e un passo avanti rispetto agli altri. I titolari e i commessi sono stati sempre cordiali e amichevoli, sempre disponibili e competenti. Ti spiegano tutto (ma tutto davvero!) nei minimi dettagli. Ti consegnano a casa e ti montano anche i mobili. Bravi! Negozio consigliatissimo, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Cordiality, sympathy and a lot of competence. Finally a nice shop for birth items that moves away from the usual baby supermarket now too common. At Nidó di Prato there are well selected articles of high quality and high technical content, they are definitely in step with the market and one step ahead of the others. The owners and the salesmen have always been cordial and friendly, always available and competent. They explain everything (but everything really!) To the smallest details. They deliver you home and you also get the furniture. Bravi! Highly recommended shop, we had a great time.

Purtroppo molto disorganizzati per le consegne: rispetto ai 20 gg preventivati gli articoli sono arrivati dopo quasi 2 mesi e quando sono andata a ritirare un articolo non era presente in negozio ma nel magazzino di Calenzano. Trattandosi di ovetto e passeggino e avendo già partorito ciò ha causato un certo disagio. Very competent in the sale. Unfortunately, very disorganized for deliveries: compared to the 20 days budgeted, the items arrived after almost 2 months and when I went to pick up an item it was not present in the shop but in the Calenzano warehouse. Being an egg and a stroller and having already given birth, this caused some discomfort.

Ti fanno sentire come se tu fossi in famiglia. Tornerò sicuramente per altri acquisti! Very nice shop, well stocked, lots of cute little things. The staff are really great, kind and competent and helpful. They make you feel like you are family. I will definitely be back for other purchases!
