β β β β β Really disappointed from the Greek franchise, i.e. Nicole Greece. I have ordered a wedding gown and I paid a down payment. Ξ changed my mind and decided to freeze the order 12 hours later. However, they didn't recognize my right of withdrawal as a customer. I also asked the shop manager to use the down payment to buy something else from the shop, such as wedding favors, but they refused. I have also sent an email to the Milano headquarters to ask for guidance and if they could recommend me how to proceed with this issue, but I didn't get any answer. I feel very disappointed and offended.

β β β β β The stuff was really nice to me. In 1.5 hour I tryed for about 5 or 6 dresses, from those - was one too small-it wasn't possible to dress it. I finally buyed a dress, just to have one - but after 2 hours, I was not sure anymore, that that dress "MY DRESS" is. One day before the fitting term (maybe due to expectactions) I got unexpected my monthly period. Due the fitting I was for about 3 Kilogramms more, than usual. After that I've said, that I'll loose my weight until wedding in March 2021 I have to sign, that the maximum weight loss will be 5 kilograms - but after 2 days I have already 2 kg and for about 3 cm (B-W-S) less. So... I think, it will be a disaster.
So girls/brides in spe - please don't make the same mistake as I, if you don't feel good/well - please postpone your fitting term and enjoy the time, the 2 hours there will be very fast over.!
