Portata il lunedi mattina una classica a fare delle modifiche mi dice che l'indomani mi avrebbe chiamato per il preventivo e che mi avrebbe fatto il lavoro per il venerdì. Ma non si fa sentire e nei giorni seguenti devo chiamare io quattro volte per avere notizie, ma ricevo solo scuse per non aver ancora guardato la chitarra. Finché mi dice "forse settimana prossima ho dei lavori in precedenza"...con tono scocciato. Basta essere chiari subito, ritengo. Quindi il venerdì mattina richiamo un po' stufo del suo comportamento e nervosamente mi dice di andare a riprenderla. Così nel pomeriggio sono andato e quando entro noto subito il suo atteggiamento impermalito, perché dice che aveva già cominciato, ma non ho voglia di discutere, ho solo sbagliato posto. Solo che la sera mi accorgo che la chitarra frigge sulla quarta corda, cosa che non faceva prima....boh..

Except that in the evening I realize that the guitar is sizzling on the fourth string, which it did not do before .... boh ..

Insieme (io il 5% lui il 95%) abbiamo creato una stratocaster custom partendo da un relitto. E' venuta spettacolare da tutti i punti di vista. Bellissima e con un suono incredibile, molto al di sopra delle aspettative. Nicola rende felici i musicisti. Grazie

Very skilful luthier very close to the heart of Florence, and a very patient one too in listening to his clients (especially one that speaks terrible Italian like I do!). If you are a guitar lover visiting Florence, do come drop by this hidden gem.
